WHEN AND HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
We do not typically share your personal information with third parties.
In the circumstances where we need to share information to access a supply e.g. e-mails, cloud storage etc, we share only necessary information with our suppliers to the extent that they can successfully deliver products and services to us. Our suppliers also have data compliance obligations and we select our those who have robust data protection policies in place.
None of the above applies to regulatory disclosures or similar disclosures we would be required to make to operate a compliant business in Jersey, Channel Islands.

Yesrej respects the rights of Data Subjects and will co-operate with you should you wish to access any information that we hold about you.
Your request can be verbal or in writing, and should be address to our Data Protection Officers who will ensure the timing processing of this information for you.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of our services or our resources, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.
DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your personal data is stored by Yesrej on its servers in Jersey, Channel Islands, and on the servers of the cloud-based database and communication management services Yesrej engages which are held in Europe.
The only exception to the above, is where Yesrej uses a third party to facilitate our service delivery to you (e.g. globally recognised software tools to facilitate electronic document signatures; time-recording software). Where Yesrej uses a third-party service delivery provider, as policy Yesrej will limit to the absolute minimum the amount of personal data Yesrej releases to that third party and Yesrej as policy only uses third party software for the purposes intended. Yesrej will retain this information on its servers so that copies of information held by third parties can be removed at the earliest opportunity.
Yesrej will hold information for 10 years with the exception of CVs received from potential candidates which it only holds for the duration of the open position until this is filled.
